SERPilot is a private software agent built to assist its sole operator with keyword research, content optimization, image preparation, and Google Search Console performance tracking across internally owned web properties.

2. Personal & Non-Commercial Restriction

SERPilot is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. It is not licensed, sold, or made available as a product, service, or SaaS tool to any external individual, business, or organization. There is no public user registration or account management system. Nothing on this informational site constitutes an offer to provide the agent or its generated data to third parties.

3. Third-Party APIs and Services

SERPilot connects to external developer APIs, including Google Ads (Keyword Planner), Google Search Console, Google Trends, and AI language model providers. Usage of these interfaces complies entirely with their respective developer guidelines and terms:

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for any operational outcomes or website performance changes resulting from the use of this internal tool.

6. Modifications
